Royalty Revenue Forecast


By 2026 the accumulated royalties should exceed $ 14 billion.

Growth rates are assumed to be rapid, about 50%. Still the world wide user population does not reach the current potential of 245 million until 2023-2024. Of course that could happen sooner, as the growth rate could be greater than 100% in some years. Two CSOs in USA reported near 100% growth in 2003.

Column J : Percentage of all annual CS fleet sales that are SRC.
Column K : SRCs sold per year in thousands.
Column L : Projected royalty per car. This is in the 1 to 2 % range of the car sale price. It starts at $500 per car and falls to $300 per car when the primary patent expires. Follow on patents will justify the $300 royalty per car.

Column N : Royalties per year in millions. By 2026 this would be $ 4 billion a year.
Column O : Cumulative royalties which reach $ 14.171 billion by 2026.
Column P : Total cumulative number of SRCs sold in millions.
Column Q : Number of full scale automobile plants required, at 60,000 SRC per year per plant.
